Depending on the carrier chosen and the country of destination, this varies from 2 to 9 working days

Colissimo without signature:

• 2 working days in Metropolitan France

Colissimo with signature:

• 2 working days in Metropolitan France

• 3 to 9 working days in Europe

What is your return policy ?

According to article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the Consumer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of delivery.

To exercise this right, a form must be completed and returned to us within the time limit. After this period, the right of withdrawal will not be taken into account.

The Products must be returned in their original condition, that is to say: original packaging, unopened, unsealed, unconsumed or soiled, in order to allow them to be put back on the market. Return costs remain the responsibility of the Consumer.

A refund of all costs paid, excluding return delivery costs, will be paid within 14 days of receipt of the goods and control of the perfect condition of the Products.
